Summer Camp and Respite for children and adults with Disabilities

Camp Stand By Me is a fully accessible recreational facility providing residential summer camp and respite services for children and adults of any age with any disability.  Camp Stand By Me's facilities and trained staff allow campers to participate in all activities, regardless of their disabilities, giving each camper the opportunity to have a fully inclusive experience that he or she will never forget!  

We believe all people, regardless of their level of ability, can benefit greatly by experiencing the outdoors in a barrier-free environment.  We offer all of the activities traditional to any summer camp in a way that makes them accessible to campers of any level of ability.  Activities include:

•  Campfires
•  Boating and Fishing
•  Swimming
•  Horseback Riding
•  Arts and Crafts
•  Outdoor Education
•  Sports and Recreation
•  Archery

Camp Stand By Me is a place where campers are told “YOU CAN!” and then given the support needed to succeed.
We provide a low staff to camper ratio specifically targeted to meet the needs of each and every camper.
We have a Registered Nurse on site at all times to pass medication and assist with the medical needs of campers.
