With more than 25 years in early childhood education, Jennifer Allman is passionate about helping little ones grow, thrive, and reach their full potential! With her Early Childhood Education background from Green River Community College and Washington State University, she believes that strong family and community partnerships, quality early learning, and a whole lot of heart make all the difference. With Easterseals Washington's support, Jennifer proudly advocates for quality, affordable early learning and connects families with valuable resources, including special education services tailored to each child’s unique needs. At Angle Lake Child Development Center, she’s all about building connections, supporting families, and making sure every child has what they need to shine!
Jennifer lives by two rules: “Shoot for the hoop—you miss every shot you don’t take!” and “It only takes one good idea…” When she’s not cheering on Seattle sports teams, celebrating the Mariners’ home opener (her favorite day of the year!), or enjoying a rainy day, she’s embracing her role as a proud aunt.
She also believes laughter is a MUST and is never too busy for a good chit-chat. So go ahead and say hello—she’s always up for a conversation!
