New Evening and Weekend Hours at Easterseals Autism Therapy Center in Silverdale

Easterseals Olympic Peninsula Autism Center now offers evening and weekend ABA therapy sessions for children ages 1–18.

Easterseals Washington’s Olympic Peninsula Autism Center provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children ages 1 to 18 at home and onsite at our Silverdale location. 

About Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy 

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is a type of evidence-based therapy that uses principles of learning and behavior to teach new skills and improve specific behaviors.  It is commonly used for individuals within the spectrum to help them improve communication, social skills, and daily living skills while decreasing problematic behaviors. ABA therapy breaks complex skills into smaller, more manageable steps and uses positive reinforcement to encourage progress.  

Evening and Weekend Sessions 

Starting in December, Olympic Peninsula Autism Center will expand its service hours to include evening sessions on weekdays from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Additionally, Saturday morning sessions will be available from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM beginning January 2026. 

Reasons for Expansion 

  • Improving access to care: Expanding our sessions makes ABA therapy services more accessible and convenient for busy families and caregivers.
  • Accommodating diverse needs: Flexible hours can better accommodate children on the autism spectrum who may struggle with time management or sensory stimuli during the day.
