Workforce Development

At Easterseals Washington, we believe that meaningful employment is the cornerstone of independence and self-reliance for individuals with disabilities.

Our Workforce Development Program provides essential support—such as job coaching and transportation—ensuring that skills, not disabilities, define employability.

We collaborate with both employers and employees to break down workplace barriers and empower individuals with the tools they need to maintain employment and advance their careers.
